November 28, 2023The house is beautiful and the natural light can’t be beat. However, it is wildly expensive and everything is cheaply built. September 29, 2023Overall a good community with friendly renters and nice homes- my reservation is that it is over priced and new management does not respond to questions quickly. When we rented the management promoted the fact that the premium cost included everything- but now they are nickel and diming water softener salt. A good short term option but wouldn’t recommend for anything long term.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2023Quiet and lovely neighbourhood. The houses are modern and clean. The only hiccup we had was the keys were handed to us in the office with no introduction to the property, how the cooling/heating system works, how some of the lights work or how to schedule them to go on or off, and few other bits like that. But when reaching out, the maintenance guy was extremely helpful and friendly.Property Manager Responded
