We’ve had tons of issues with the house just in the first few months. The front office and maintenance are super friendly and responsive.

When we rented the management promoted the fact that the premium cost included everything- but now they are nickel and diming water softener salt. The only hiccup we had was the keys were handed to us in the office with no introduction to the property, how the cooling/heating system works, how some of the lights work or how to schedule them to go on or off, and few other bits like that.
