Highly Recommend! Excellent Amenities for the Cost
August 7, 2020I lived at this complex for 2 years and recently moved out for a new job. I would gladly go back if I could! You know it's a good place when many residents have lived there for 20+ years. The amenities at the complex are incredible for the low cost - tennis court, huge pool, free parking lot, private park-like walking path, covered balconies for each room. There's even new updates like Amazon Hub lockers for each building. Everyone in the community was friendly and nice. Management is accessible ...and accommodating. Very close access to Trader Joe's (next door), Giant and Target (across the street). Only "downsides" are the smokers and the motel style (you're outside as soon as you step out your front door).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015The apartments at miramont are great living for myself and all of my neighbors in the complex. The location is convenient to great shopping and great gym/exercise facilities. Great apartments
August 14, 2015These apartments are in a prime location. You have easy access to highways and can also walk to Rockville Pike, which has plenty of stores and restaurants. Also, the rental office and maintenance crew are great people. Issues are resolved promptly. I lived here for 5 years, left for 2 years and came back. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because you will hear neighbors walking above you and sometimes the TV, unless you live on top floor. Additionally, they have been renovating ...the apartments, so they are nicer now. They weren't terrible before, just older cabinets, counters, and floors. Great quiet neighborhood and nice clean apartments, plus the apartments are a good size for the price. Hard to find a better deal in the Rockville neighborhood, minutes away from shops and Twinbrook metro.Review from Apartments.com
A Good Solid Apartment
August 5, 2015Miramont Apartments is a solid apartment complex. The rent is cheaper than other apartment complexes around, no parking fee, and it is well maintained for the price. You are in easy walking distance to trader joe's, giant, world market, sports authority, and other department stores around the area. You are in walking distance to the metro(which is about 10-15min walk, so a little bit of a hike). It is quite easy to get on 270 / 495, which is beneficial for work. It is in a safe neighborhood, ...nice patio and pool. Only thing I can see wrong, is that you can hear anything above you, so you might be cautious to do a home video workout like P90x if your courteous of your neighbor. Also a lot of speed bumps (it just annoys me to a high degree, but free parking so can't complain too hard). A solid apartment that is reasonably priced in a great area of Rockville/North Bethesda, nice staff, solid community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
