Cannot wait to move
September 27, 2022I've been living in this complex for going on 6 years, and with each year it goes further and further down the dump. Gate is either always open (unsafe), or it randomly gets fixed and is back broken the same week. Apartment staff never answers the phone or seem to address any issues you bring to them. Maintenance workers are ok. Random fees added to your rent. Shady neighbors and stolen packages. We have a 2 bag minimum for trash, and people will leave hoards of trash at their door FOR DAYSSS. ...Parking spaces are few in between. Low Maintenance
August 13, 2021Garden areas are nicely trimmed but apartment complex dump area is disgusting. Not demanding to tenant's leaving trash bags out their door. Apartment complex fee for vale is nice but tenants don't respect times of leaving trash out. Ants, stray cats, and other insects and animals come through making a disaster.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2019This apartment complex does not care for their residents! If you decide to move here, be very careful since they will try to play you in order to get more money off before you leave. We moved here in 2017 and lived in building 5 at the time. We never had much issues that year, not even mold or cockroaches. This year however we moved to building 7, not only does my apartment sometimes smell like weed due to the person above me who smokes, but we’ve had issues with mold, when notified, they PAINTED ...over it... as well as cockroaches. If you think this is the worst, just hold on! Now THIS was definitely what had me pissed off for DAYS! We were given a letter to remind us to move out or renew lease on the 26 of June. The manager told us we had been notified previously via email, BUT the only person to receive this email was ONE out of FIVE on the lease that we signed. And unfortunately, they’re on the road all the time, they didn’t see the email. They purposely do this in hopes that you WILL NOT see this, since, as she said, “by law we are only required to send to head of household”. That was another issue, who assigns head of household We didn’t even know this person was considered head of household, so we figured what should have been done was to fairly notify everyone. NOPE. Obviously just one way to get more money out of their residents. It sickens me, once again, more corporates taking advantage of the average blue collared worker. This place can do “taco day Tuesday” or “decorate patio for 100 off rent”, or whatever the hell ya’ll wanna do to make people think ya’ll care, but y’all don’t!!!! I’m out the door regardless, my car, my boyfriends car and my other roommates car were broken into in less than a month! Update: we have already moved out (thank god) and received an email for payment fees one of which was $400 for heavy stained carpet. I’ll admit my sisters dog would take an occasional crapper in her room, and this is why we paid a $350 pet deposit, for any damages that it might cause. So why are we being charged Unethical. Again, they will do anything to get money out of you. Do not move here. You have been warned. Roaches, cars getting broken into, loud ratchet neighbors, ohhhh and my favorite, your packages will get stolen if heaven forbid they deliver it to your doorstep.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
