Yes the apartment is cute but thats about it. This is the wort apartment complex I have ever lived at, the communication between the staff and residents is terrible. I have put several maintenance requests in and they have all for the most part gone unnoticed i had to go to the office in person and complain and they still will do nothing about it. The office staff are not friendly or helpful.
You have to pay a 450 amenity fee every time you renew your lease ( i have also heard some people don't ...
pay) and the amenities are terrible the gym is lackluster and the pool is small and dirty most of the time
You can’t control your thermostat all year around they cut off the air in the winter and the heat in the summer and take forever to turn it back on when the seasons change it’s literally 80 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the apartment. And freezing in the winter.
The trash compactor is always full and the residents just leave the garbage outside of it and its left for days the gates at the entry do not work and you have to pay 30 a month for parking with no assigned spot or no sticker so anyone can really park for free
Save yourself the trouble and don't move here!!!!
