May 30, 2025Modera Reynoldstown is a great place to live. I like the staff and maintenance is always on point when something needs to be fixed. There's never a long wait. The building is usually quiet. I love the special events that the management team provides. I think the common areas by the elevators should be cleaned frequently. I think the carpet should be vacuumed from time to time. I've been here since 2022. I love this place! The staff always friendly, helpful and always professional! December 15, 2024It's a relaxed community. I like that it is near everything downtown. There are nice parks near and the complex offers great amenities. Trash trucks can be heard 7 days a week, though, early morning.Property Manager Responded
