May 8, 2026Living here has honestly been a really positive experience so far. The location is one of my favorite parts. It feels connected to everything while still having a neighborhood feel. I love being close to places to walk, grab coffee, restaurants, and the BeltLine. The community itself feels modern, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities make day to day life easier. I especially appreciate the overall atmosphere. It feels social without being overly loud or chaotic. December 15, 2025've absolutely loved my time at Modera Reynoldstown in Atlanta! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any needs. They're truly a standout feature of this community. While I've encountered a couple of minor issues during my tenancy, they were always resolved quickly and efficiently, making the whole experience stress-free. October 10, 2025Favorite community, wouldn't live anywhere else! Incredible safe, staff is attentive and personable. No high-turnover, I see the same people ALL the time. New faces are added, not replaced. Great if you have a pet, everyone on my floor has a dog! Minimal noise complaints, it's a busy area on weekends but nothing outrageous. SUPER walkable, we walk to the grocery store, movie theatre, and the ATL BELT-LINE at Krog Street. Less than 10 minutes from Ponce City Market, heart of downtown ATL, and ...quick highway access whether i20 or 75/85! Happy to call Modera my home!Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2025Great amenities and an awesome staff including the front desk and maintenance team. The apartments have nice layouts and solid appliances, including a gas range (woot woot). It's in a good location and a solid neighborhood. Parking could be better, and yeah, noise and interesting stuff happens because people happen.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025Modera Reynoldstown is a great place to live. I like the staff and maintenance is always on point when something needs to be fixed. There's never a long wait. The building is usually quiet. I love the special events that the management team provides. I think the common areas by the elevators should be cleaned frequently. I think the carpet should be vacuumed from time to time. I've been here since 2022. I love this place! The staff always friendly, helpful and always professional!
