It’s okay....

This is a brand new building but as everything it has its pros and cons. I really wish there weren’t as many issues that I’ve experienced in the few months I’ve been here such as plumbing, a/c and loud neighbors, couldn’t get in building with key fob as the system was down for whatever reason and. Wasn’t notified...by the office but a neighbor who let me in...very limited parking (tight spaces), point is...expensive property that have a lot of kinks to smooth out
