December 15, 2022Apartment was swarmed by ants from underneath the floor boards multiple times, yet it was “fixed” every time. Water would leak through the windows most times it rained soaking our bed and that was “fixed” every time as well. Lovely soothing sounds of ambulances throughout the night. All this from an updated luxury apartment complex. Nice resort-style pool though.Property Manager Responded

Don't be fooled like I was.
August 19, 2021During the application process they demanded $550 fees for holding a unit for only 72 hours. If your circumstances should happen to change, or you change your mind within 3 days they claim to refund your $500. But once past 3 days, whether or not not you move in they will NOT refund your $500. I have never experienced such injustice by a leasing property prior to Monticello at Town Center. Spread the word, appearances are not always what they seem to be.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Community and Staff
January 21, 2020I was new to the area and the leasing staff was so warm and helpful. I have been living here for a year now and couldn’t think of living anywhere else. A passing Fancy
July 21, 2015When the condos were first built, they were exquisite and the neighborhood lit up like fireworks on the fourth of July. However, the fireworks are dimming and its time for a new beginning! A new chapter of my life is beginning and it needs another 'fancy' to call home, once more.Review from Apartments.com
