Long-Term Resident 2026 I’ve been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and overall it has been a stable and comfortable place to stay. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and the residents are friendly, creating a positive living environment. Management and maintenance are generally responsive when issues arise. However, some concerns remain. The gym is still outdated, with several machines not working properly and a very limited selection of weights. I’ve raised this issue ...
multiple times over the years, but there has been little improvement. The gym would benefit from a full upgrade, including repairs, replacements, and additional equipment. My apartment is also quite old and requires ongoing maintenance to stay in good condition. Certain fixtures and items need regular attention or replacement to remain functional and comfortable. Overall, I still value living here, but I hope to see improvements in facilities and a reduction in rent for long-term residents.

Renting with Mountain Run so far has been a great experience! I have felt welcomed in the office and feel right at home in my new place. The area seems to be fairly quiet, and all the amenities are close by and well kept. There are lots of things to do around the area for shopping, eating, and leisure activities.

Great place to live.. the only problem is the parking. There are people that don't live here that still keep their vehicles parked at the complex.

Initial front office visit was good. We were told that the thermostat was Ecobo, but our thermostat is Honeywell Pro. The master bedroom toilet was running when we moved in and then clogged a few days ago. Maintenance still hasnt come to check. The bathroom sinks tend to clog. We at first enjoyed the sight of the fire place, but after we noticed it was more in the way and taking up space. We love the living and dinning room are open space. We love the laminated floors. Parking is narrow/limited! ...
The carports are far away. Ceiling is very thin, we can hear the dog upstairs running around & hearing foot steps when people walk. We noticed that there are alot of dogs on the property, hopefully the complex enforces to clean up after their pet. We are happy to see that there is adequate lighting around the complex at night, especially near the walking trails. We are happy that we get two separate keys to the amenities/mail room. We cant wait to rent the club house and try out the pool!!
