February 5, 2026The building is old and pets waste is making the apartment untidy. The gym is so small with few equipment for such a big apartment complex. It looks like the policy of the apartment is not known by the staff so not enforced as written.Review from Apartments.com

January 21, 2026Everyone in the office is very friendly, the property is kept pretty clean, and I’m very happy with my Jemez apartment! I haven’t had any issues with bugs, it’s clean, and has a ton of space!! January 20, 2026Sorry on one of the other surveys I accidentally picked “very unlikely to recommend” when I meant the opposite. I would very likely recommend this place! It’s much better than a lot of the other apts around here, especially management-wise. It’s a pretty chill and friendly environment. Staff is kind. January 5, 2026The apartments have been given a thorough landlord special (the vinyl flooring peels up after about a month and all screws have a thick, white paint coating), are noisy at all times of the year, and the amenities are closed or broken. However, the location is great and the staff and maintenance crews are very responsive and sweet. I wish there was a walking path to the Smiths/strip mall, navigating there in the dark or when you are ill can be quite difficult.Review from Apartments.com

December 29, 2025Roaches galore. Stove infested with them all appliances infested with them even the dish washers staff all except Julie are horrible upstairs neighbors does nothing but smokes all day all night which is dangerous to me my health still nothing is done this is a horrible place to liveProperty Manager Responded

We would like to clarify that your unit was initially scheduled for treatment in June and then November. Unfortunately, you cancelled both appointments as you stated you were ill. Following your second cancellation, our manager contacted the pest control provider. They advised that we should reschedule once you confirmed you were feeling better. We did send you an email on November 25th specifically asking you to contact the manager regarding the rescheduling of the services. Unfortunately, we did not hear back. Today, we reached out to pest control to confirm their availability and reschedule your unit's treatment. We do feel our staff has made every effort to be supportive and provide a resolution. December 8, 2025Long-Term Resident Review – 2026 I have been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the people are very friendly, which truly makes it feel like home. Management and maintenance are generally responsive and helpful, which I appreciate as a long-term resident. One area that needs improvement is the gym. I have requested upgrades many times, but the equipment is very old, much of it does not work, and ...the weights are very limited. The gym would benefit greatly from repairs, replacements, and additional equipment. In addition, my apartment is quite old and requires regular upkeep. Every year, multiple items need maintenance or replacement in order to continue living comfortably in the same unit. More consistent yearly maintenance and updates would be very helpful for long-term residents.
