May 3, 2026Initial front office visit was good. We were told that the thermostat was Ecobo, but our thermostat is Honeywell Pro. The master bedroom toilet was running when we moved in and then clogged a few days ago. Maintenance still hasnt come to check. The bathroom sinks tend to clog. We at first enjoyed the sight of the fire place, but after we noticed it was more in the way and taking up space. We love the living and dinning room are open space. We love the laminated floors. Parking is narrow/limited! ...The carports are far away. Ceiling is very thin, we can hear the dog upstairs running around & hearing foot steps when people walk. We noticed that there are alot of dogs on the property, hopefully the complex enforces to clean up after their pet. We are happy to see that there is adequate lighting around the complex at night, especially near the walking trails. We are happy that we get two separate keys to the amenities/mail room. April 25, 2026Parking seems to have become worse. More and more amenities are becoming scarce. Noise of neighbors is really bothersome. Seems that people more and more also are more inconsiderate with pet elimination sometimes allowing waste on sidewalks now.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026Same Comment – Nothing Has Changed I have been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and overall it has been a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the people are very friendly, which makes it feel like home. Management and maintenance are generally responsive and helpful, which I appreciate as a long-term resident. However, my concerns remain the same. The gym still needs serious improvement. I have requested upgrades many times, but the equipment is ...very old, much of it does not work, and the weights are very limited. The gym really needs repairs, replacements, and more equipment for residents. In addition, my apartment is quite old and requires regular upkeep. Every year, several items need maintenance or replacement to continue living comfortably in the same unit. Overall, I enjoy living here, but I hope to see improvements and possibly lower rent for long-term residents.Property Manager Responded
