New Hampton Commons
November 23, 2017I stayed in my apartment for less than a month. The apartment smelled like pets. There were dead bugs around the base boards throughout the apartment. When I turn on the water black stuff would come out. The alarm would always go off around 5:30 am. You only get one parking spot, which sucks. The numbers are so faded on the parking spots, and my friend car got towed. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. The apartments are too old and needs updating. September 1, 2015I lam a renter at New Hampton Commons. I have been here for two years and I love it here. I live in a townhouse and it has an alarm on it. Renting any apartment safety is my first concern. Hampton Commons is a place I highly recommend with five stars. The staff and maintenance are friendly and fast service on any issue.
