Mold
August 24, 2024Smells of mold, mold growing in closet again. Lived here 5 years and the smell just gets worse. I would advise you ask about mold before signing lease!! They just can in and sprayed something on the mold then painted over it. Hope it's not the bad mold.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2017Well its been a long time coming but I have finally found a place to call home!!!.. From the time I first walked in the office I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces and warm greetings from office management to maintenance!!! The process of moving in was smooth and watching the staff made me feel comfortable right away, and how they interact with one another makes you just happy. When i was brought to tour my apt. I was very impressed! It was cleaned immaculately! I've never seen such great ...care! I moved in within a week of first reaching out. Any issue or question I've had was addressed right on the spot! The landscape is cleaned daily and I can see that great pride is taken into this community by the staff. The women in the office , the maintenance men are all awesome and i feel at home!!! I even received a brand new washer and dryer for my unit!! I can not wait to use some of the amenities offered, like the gym and the pool, and guess what?!?! I washed my car last night and vacuumed it right here in my complex because we have our own carwash!!! Yep I'll be here for a while! Thank you ladies for going over and beyond to get my application submitted and approved in record time and showing special attention to my needs. DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 3, 2017These apartments are not worth the rent that they're asking for! They are not well kept! They have a heavy infestastation of ROACHES AND BED BUGS and SOMETIMES centipedes pop up in the bathroom! Rent is too high! They have poor maintenance, and oh not to mention the mold that is constantly growing! These apartments are not safe for people and animals! Fair warning! Make a wise choice with these! The apartments are within walking distance to shopping and dining. It's a great value for people that are looking for an apartment that will be big enough for all of your furniture. My fiancée and I have a 1 bed 1 bath with 816 square feet it's larger than more costly apartments in the Newnan area. Near the interstate, with tons of shopping centers and restaurant options but close enough to the country-side that the hustle and bustle of a large city aren't in-your-face.
