Amazing community
November 25, 2024I love these apartments . I have been through 3 leases and two different units and I am so happy I found these . The staff Maritza and Joe are amazing at their jobs and fix everything immediately. I can say enough about how this property is kept up and is always clean and beautiful! Warning unsafe for your health!
November 21, 2024DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been renting for around 25 years and this the worst place I’ve lived. I had both roaches and rats and they did nothing! I had to kill my own rats and block them from coming in! It went on for months, same with the roaches! It took months where I actually moved out for them to get better. The water and pipes are so rusty that your water is brown and it is literally not possible to clean the toilets. Looks like poop all in them no matter what you do! Hardly any hot water ...poured out the shower a trickle. Yet they continued to go up on my rent every year. There was about and month and half where I didn’t have air conditioning at all! There was always domestic violence in the parking lot. They didn’t ever fix anything. It had mold and mildew. A homeless man actually lives in the parking lot! I cleaned up fairly well upon move out and didn’t get my deposit back. In fact I got a collections notice for nearly $800!! Every month they were coming up with erroneous charges that I tried to fight and mostly paid. They even charged for the free internet that I didn’t want and valet trash that not once was ever collected!! Then they started charging me for rental insurance even though I provided mine. After the first year they claimed I never paid pet fees and I had to pay them again for my two dogs! Horrible liars. Take heed of my warning! I went through all of this while struggling with cancer. Beware when you leave they will not send out a notice about your rent going up within 30 days at all. Furthermore they will go way up to a ridiculous amount for month to month and try to lock you into to staying for 60 day notice!!! Although they didn’t bring it up. When I moved in the carpet had not been cleaned or maybe they started it and only put shampoo down it felt wet and syrupy. Nothing else had been cleaned at all. I wasn’t allowed to see inside the apt before I moved in. They are so cheap one man has to fix everything so yeah good luck with getting that done. Shame on this dumpy place! The best management and maintenance
May 17, 2024The manager Maritza is the kindness most helpful manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with . And the maintenance man Joe is so fast at completing any work order right away . These two make this community nice to live in . It’s very comfortable and quite here and I have never had an issue with anything clean , friendly and pest free at all times is something that is of high importance to me and my family .
