September 7, 2024Thank you Sarah My partner and I visited this apartment building by chance. I drove into the wrong parking lot, but we liked what we saw so we walked inside. We didn't have an appointment but Sarah still showed us around the entire complex and answered lots of questions. She is great! The gym, the clubhouse, and the outdoor spaces are all beautiful. Beautiful Property/Terrible Management
March 31, 2024Communication: Every time that I have tried to speak verbally with the front desk, it seems like only one person is there. Then so, the front desk is always touring potential residents or doing something else so you have to be lucky to catch them. There are two administrative workers and the first line is great and very knowledgeable but cannot handle all matters-leading to the site manager. The best bet would be to email, but then again the site manager takes forever to respond and is only ...physically present a few days a week. Maintenance: My personal experience has been TERRIBLE. I have had 2 maintenance request so far First maintenance request: I was told in my apartment tour that I would be getting a trash bin. Moving in, I didn’t have it and after submitting a maintenance request, did not hear anything back in three weeks. I emailed about it and received my trash bin that same day Second maintenance request: About a month and a half after moving in, my refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request, and had someone look the next day. I was told that it would take two weeks for some parts to come in and never heard anything back. I emailed, no response. A week later again I emailed, no response. A week later again, I emailed expressing the inconvenience and finally received a reply letting me know that it was forwarded to management. I also spoke in person with the front desk, letting me know verbally and in email that I would get my food expenses reimbursed. After sending forward the receipts, that was NOT the case. Besides that, I was told that they would send someone to look at my fridge AGAIN. I’m assuming they lost track of my request and had to cover their tracks. Instead of immediately receiving an apology and/or reconciliation, the manager blamed it on a staff change for their error. That is not the tenants problem. Even though I was told I would be reimbursed on my food, I was only given $250 concession credit for reconciliation of my dining expenses during the month long period of not having a place to store my groceries. Public Spaces: The amenities are nice and the space is quiet. However, it’s important to note that the Wi-Fi within the gym and common office space only work 20% of the time. Terriable property managment. even worse Building maint staff.
February 18, 2024The property managment team is terrable. The staff do nothing but blow people and issues off. For the last two months we have been living with one elevator for almost 200 units. The other two elevators have been turned off for almost 2 month. During that time the residents have not recived any explination why the elevators dont work. When you go down to complain all they say is "we are waiting on our vendor". They will not communicate with you on imoprtant issues like the above but they will ...send you multiple emails telling you to pay your rent on time. The maint staff is twice as bad. Been here over a year and they still have not addressed the move in items. The building was built on the chep. The laminate floor is startinig to pull up and this is supposed to be a new building. Also the building shakes violently every time a truck drives by. Also they do not and refuse to clean the windows. The lease should be your first clue something is wrong. It is 100pages long. I have been renting all my life and I have never had a lease longer than 15-20 pages, including amenndments. Do not rent here. Now they are charging residents for an error that Conservice made. They are forcing residents to pay over $100 more for water and garbage for the nest three months. My bill for has always been around $60 for water and garbage. at any of the places I rented including here. Now they are charging me $198 for the same service with no warning what so ever. These guys are terriable!!! Some of the residents are talking about seeking legal counsel.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Property But Poor Service
June 14, 2023My experience with the service at this apartment has been nothing short of disappointing. The staff consistently fails to respond to my emails and phone calls, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Even when they do respond, their attitude is often rude and dismissive. It's disheartening to pay a premium price for an apartment and be treated so poorly. While the apartment itself has its merits, the subpar service significantly detracts from the overall experience.
