On August 7, 2005, the building was dedicated to Hal Norgard, in recognition of his 50 years of service to the community, as a family man, teacher, coach, philanthropist, activist, commissioner, mentor and humanitarian. For over 25 years Norgard Court Apartments has prided itself in providing a quality home and environment for seniors. Norgard Court Apartments focuses solely on senior housing ages 55+. We do not offer any supportive services. However, we have an active resident community for tenants that may be interested in socialization w/ different clubs and groups who meeting regularly.
