After reading the previous reviews, the office manager Emily, is very sweet and and easy to talk to. She is very understanding . It's a safe and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are nice and respectful during the late hours. No loud music to disrupt you. I've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and I love it.

Rude Property Manager

My daughter and I were riding around the complex and saw a lady coming out of the office. We pulled up and asked if she had some vacancies and she said NO and was very rude. We asked if she would be having anymore and she answered while walking away from the car. She was extremely rude!!!!!!

The property manager for these apartments, Emily, is inconsiderate of others time restraints and is unwilling to work with or compromise with prospective tenants.The office hours are VERY inconvenient to those working and/or in school (10am -2pm) which is smack dab in the middle of the day. I was called inconsiderate for not "valuing" her time when I wasn't valued as a future tenant (who had a check ready to hand over for all of the necessary fees.)These apartments aren't the prettiest or most ...

up-to-date, and definitely not worth dealing with rude, uncompromising office staff who only work 4 hours out of the day.
