*Warning* Since the new property management company took over last fall this townhome community has gone down. The grounds are starting to look run down and some of the new tenants are already causing problems. All the amenities and most services have been cut. And to make it worse, rent has gone up. It's hard to get in contact with someone when you have an issue. They are very slow to respond to maintenance requests no matter the urgency and hardly ever answer call. Well let me tell you, This is my current review for this community as I have seen no recent reviews!! STAY AWAY!! The plumbing is terrible in all the units, When taking showers no one can use any water source in the house or the pressure will drop and make a God awful screaming noise. My wife was doing laundry upstairs and somehow the plumbing is connected to the toilet downstairs and caused my ...

Not that it’s their fault because they were always genuinely nice but they had no idea about the crap storm that followed with managing this seemingly nice community on the outside!! I really have no complaints about this place. We have been here for a year so far, going on 2 years now. The staff is *very* well organized and communicates well with us. Maintenance is super prompt. They came very quick to fix whatever problems we had. That being said we haven't had to call them really at all. The unit is FREE of bugs or rodents. I mean it. Besides the occasional expected roach, as any house would have, there are no issues with pests. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. I totally ...

When I was looking for a place for my daughter and I, I knew I didn't want just another apartment complex where I was a number and not a name. When I called Atlan Home, Anna hadn't even met me yet and she was so helpful immediately! I finally met her and went on a tour and everything was the way I'd hoped. Clean, neat, perfect size and rent. I loved that my neighbors had been in the neighborhood for years with no complaints. Whenever there was an issue, the company took care of it very timely. ...

I felt secure, my daughter felt secure, it was safe and quiet. This was the best 2 years!!!!! Everything and everyone was consistent. I moved in October of 2014 and I still currently live here. I love it. Townhomes are nice, spacey, updated appliances. Very clean and quiet community. Will definitely be here for a couple of years.
