getting run down

The complex is getting run down. Dead trees and bushes, seedlings growing in the gutters, wood rotting on the buildings. There is bad drainage, mold growing on the siding. Metal rusting, broken fences, dog park gate broken etc. I have been waiting 2 months for some plumbing maintenance. My neighbor has been without air-conditioning for several months. They finally broke down and bought themselves a window unit. People have several pets, including aggressive breeds that are not registered. ...

Multiple people living with family that are not registered as residents. I pay for covered parking but often someone takes my space. People park anywhere they wish including handicapped and red zones. The police visit often, because domestic abuse and fighting. If you make a complaint it is ignored by the management.

My children and I didn't know what to expect yet I could tell by briefly speaking with Jay it was going to be a good fit. When we got there we drove around the property and the ambience was so pleasant and peaceful. I could tell it had a calm and quiet atmosphere. Then the customer service was incredible even during these hard times. The apartments were nice and comfortable and I was so ready to move in the first day of coming out.
