Management is terrible and incompetent
March 20, 2023If I could give it 0 stars I would. While the apartment is fine itself, management is the main reason that I am moving out. In the middle of my lease, I had a roommate move out and while we spoke with the office and turned in all required documents the lease was never changed over to a new roommate. It feels as if the roommate that broke the lease got off scotch free and we are the ones being punished for this when we have caused no other infractions. For six months of our lease, we have been ...hounding them to draw up a new lease for us and our new roommate but we aren’t given the time of day. There have been two property manager changes in the span of our lease and that just shows and that just shows the incompetence of the staff altogether. If you want to be treated with disrespect, charged random fees, and never be able to contact anyone when you have an issue just move here!Property Manager Responded
