Not worth the headache

The price might be nice if you are on a budget but I can tell you it wont be worth it in the long run. The building owner is lazy and doesn't care about the tenants, if you have a issue ranging from huge to small it will get ignored or taken care of when they decide to get around to it so hopefully that problem isn't having no hot water because you'll be stuck waiting. After a month of living here the stuff they patched up started to come apart and break. Seriously don't live here.

Lived here 4 years..i wish i could upoald the photos i took.. -Mice..mice in the stove, on the counters, in the bedrooms, in the ceiling -Heater would not be turned on until mid to late november. -Appliances from the 70s -80s -black mold growing on bathroom ceiling, amd in shower tile. -built in AC DID NOT work -lazy maintenance crew -no clean sidewalks from the snow in the winter -nothing new and remodeled on the inside of apartments -rust in the metel cabinet drawer in kitchen -70s-80s tile ...

flooring in kitchen -black mold growing in the tile in kitchen -the counter was detached from the cabinet shelf when i moved in -manger told me the carpet was cleaned and i used a rug doctor floor shampooer to clean it again and the water was BLACK from how dirty it was.. -Homeless peoplw slept in the hallway -unsafe neighborhood -s.w.a.t had guns pointing at a door at the motel 6 right next to those apartments -pool always dirty.. These aprtments are cheap yea but you will regret it all if u move in... they are cheap for a reason...

These apartments are okay. For the cheap rent for the area you get some good things and some not so good things. There's a pool, which hey its a pool. But the pool house is a little crummy looking. These are old buildings so the plumbing isn't the greatest but not the worst either. I just have a problem with the bathtub filling up with water when I shower. Theres laundry in the building, that I would like a lot better if the dryers worked. That being said, its fairly quiet, the neighbors are ...

nice, and its a great location in between the city and the mountains. Kind of a toss up here.
