Good value for the advantages
July 31, 2015We have been at this location for 5 years and have not been able to find a better value for the money. Rent includes a in apartment washer and drier, which for us is incredible. It also boasts incredible views of Pikes Peak (in select apartments) They have really nice balconies. The staff has been fairly quick to answer problems. They are well laid out with adequate room for kitchens. The top floor apartments have very nice vaulted ceilings, which makes for a more spacious feel to the apartment. ...The biggest problem we have is that they are a no dog apartment.
