If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience here has honestly been pretty traumatizing for me. I have paid my rent faithfully for two years. I have gotten the cops called on me three times for a “noise complaint” because the tv was apparently too loud for my neighbors and because my nephew was crying too loud. This apartment is not kid friendly or pet friendly. I have multiple emails trying to speak with the manager to see how we can fix these issues as adults. My emails went unanswered for ...

several months. I had to send multiple emails for someone to finally respond and once they responded the manager stated they can’t control how someone complain and that I need to just keep the noise down. They sent a notice stating I couldn’t let my dog on the patio without a leash on him because it is considered a “fenced area.” I have witnessed several dogs on a patio without a leash or supervision. I gave a notice that I did not want to renew because of the lack of communication on the harassment complaints I have made. In exchange I received a notice to not renew. Now that I am trying to find a new apartment, this place is stating I did not give a notice. Which is a complete lie and blocking me from being able to find a place to live. This is my life that the office is playing with. And for someone that have paid rent on time, I find this completely unprofessional and disheartening. The apartments look nice but the way they treat people here is ridiculous. They will give any reason to make your life miserable and give unnecessary fines. I have never experienced something like this before as a professional. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.

This could be a good place, except for the management. It’s hard to feel good about your good looking apartment knowing the continuous aggravation from dealing with most of the employees. There are 26 vacancies, and this is not a huge apartment complex.

Don't Expect Your Deposit Back

Nice and roomy apt. Mgmt lied about it being ok to paint a feature wall. "It's ok if you prime it back when you leave". I primed it and still got charged $30 to paint the wall, a carpet shampoo fee. I had the carpet cleaned, $20 for 2 blown track lighting bulbs in the kitchen, and a $10 fee to replace a bulb in the living room that had no ceiling light. I left the apt very clean and had 2 walk throughs with the assistant manager and manager. I only received $29 of a $300.00 deposit. I wish I had ...

them to sign off at that time. If you have 3 vehicles you must get a garage. Beware of management. Their word is not Bond.

Nothing but great things to say about this apartment community. Definitely the best in Lewisville right now, and very convenient, yet still secluded. It stays pretty quiet, but is still slightly active! Everyone is great about keeping dogs on leashes and we never find trash lying around. The few times i do need to go by the office, the staff is always there and welcoming as soon as we walk through the door! (MAINTENANCE- Never takes long, IF you ever need them). I moved in right after they were done building and I was one of the first tenants in my unit. I've been here almost a year and a half and I really like it. The apartment still has that new car smell and the grounds are well kept. The staff in the office is very nice. I use the gym a lot and the pool is awesome. I got a great view of the cows across the street and some nights I just sit on my patio and watch them. Also on 4th of July you have a perfect view of the fireworks! Overall great place.

I looked at almost every apartment in Lewisville and I have to say, Ovations is the best and I really enjoy living here. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stylish upgraded fixtures, wooden floors and great floor plans with the option to have an attached garage. The pool is outstanding, it looks like a pool at a resort hotel. The designer of these apartments thought about every detail and made sure everything was high quality. and the grounds are well maintained. You will pay a little more in rent than most places but it's well worth it with the quality you are getting. I definitely recommend Ovations to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live, with great neighbors. Btw, look out for their specials that can help the rent to be a little bit more affordable.

I want to begin with all of you knowing this is not to bring down my new home, however, I had gone thru many life traumas prior to move...God Is good.. ALL Began Well Here . Friendly service.. Beautiful complex.. I moved from house to apartment. Down sizing and empty nester single mom.. First issue, was after long move looking forward to shower.. no hot water. (Note rent 2 bedroom 1500). Although issue fixd quickly was not fun. Then., few days later the gate fob key.did NOT FUNCTION On ...

Gate Only garage. They initially did not treat me well. 'Your the only one with problem'..' are you doing something wrong'... really. It's pressing a button. The whole system later shut down. This is a brand new complex.. was a major inconvenience for some time... with all this said, the entire staff minus two are exceptional.. The grounds keeps are top notch. They readily fixed shower and cabinet. They keep fitness room n pool sensational. It's a wonderful complex... Very clean, near shopping, airport etc... The only real issue are the two grumpy. Office personnel... After many years of severe challenges in life was looking forward to smooth change. The transition was not so good, but has improved greatly. Pleasant neighbors and great location... Cost, well in my opinion to high.if it goes up I will leave... very up to date, nice contemporary design... still too costly. . Just sayin... Blessed rest y'all...
