If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience here has honestly been pretty traumatizing for me. I have paid my rent faithfully for two years. I have gotten the cops called on me three times for a “noise complaint” because the tv was apparently too loud for my neighbors and because my nephew was crying too loud. This apartment is not kid friendly or pet friendly. I have multiple emails trying to speak with the manager to see how we can fix these issues as adults. My emails went unanswered for ...
several months. I had to send multiple emails for someone to finally respond and once they responded the manager stated they can’t control how someone complain and that I need to just keep the noise down. They sent a notice stating I couldn’t let my dog on the patio without a leash on him because it is considered a “fenced area.” I have witnessed several dogs on a patio without a leash or supervision. I gave a notice that I did not want to renew because of the lack of communication on the harassment complaints I have made. In exchange I received a notice to not renew. Now that I am trying to find a new apartment, this place is stating I did not give a notice. Which is a complete lie and blocking me from being able to find a place to live. This is my life that the office is playing with. And for someone that have paid rent on time, I find this completely unprofessional and disheartening. The apartments look nice but the way they treat people here is ridiculous. They will give any reason to make your life miserable and give unnecessary fines. I have never experienced something like this before as a professional. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.
