Great place to call home!
March 9, 2025I'm so glad my middle sister recommended Overbrook Place because I almost overlooked it. I knew it was the place for me when Jonathan not only showed me 2 apartments but also showed me the package lockers and one of the laundry facilities. He really seemed interested in having me as a resident. I feel very safe here, I can leave my door unlocked to go do laundry and stay in my apartment while it finishes. Other than upstairs neighbors who seem to have " heavy feet" at times and a toilet seat that ...you have to hold upright because of a design flaw I've had no problems. Convenient Location, Secure- Feel Safe
May 30, 2021I lived in Overbrook Place for 4 years and I recently moved due to a job change. It is a nice place to live and the management, (Jonathan) is always there to take care of any problems that might occur with the apartment. He takes his job seriously and he makes the experience a pleasurable one and I felt this was a very good place to live. I have nothing but good to say about my time living in Overbrook Apartments. The management is always open to work with the tenants to meet their needs as they ...come up. University Place Apartments
August 14, 2015I have lived at University Place Apartments for two years now. Overall I am very pleased. The central location is a huge plus. University Place Apartments are five minutes from downtown, eight minutes from Haywood Mall, ten minutes from Woodruff Road, and much more. On top of being close to everything the monthly rent is unbeatable. My wife and I just switched from a one bedroom into a two bedroom and they chopped $100 off our monthly rent! The only reason five stars weren't given is ...because some of the cosmetics need to be updated. Recently the apartments have been purchased and are now under new management. The new manager has addressed these issues and is currently updating many areas.
