    I'm so glad my middle sister recommended Overbrook Place because I almost overlooked it. I knew it was the place for me when Jonathan not only showed me 2 apartments but also showed me the package lockers and one of the laundry facilities. He really seemed interested in having me as a resident. I feel very safe here, I can leave my door unlocked to go do laundry and stay in my apartment while it finishes. Other than upstairs neighbors who seem to have " heavy feet" at times and a toilet seat that ...

University Place Apartments are five minutes from downtown, eight minutes from Haywood Mall, ten minutes from Woodruff Road, and much more.
