When you need things fixed they don’t come fix it. My inspection failed 5 times and it took me calling Fair housing for them to come fix what needed to be fixed. They said I still owed from the months that stuff wasn’t getting fixed and took me to court and judge said I still owed and needed to be out the unit. Place is filthy and at times there is no manager in the office. You call and they never answer the call. But when it is time to receive rent they are there.
Tweakers, roaches, bedbugs, theft, and homeless people

J7 has tweakers on and out, fighting and there are constantly people in the dumpsters, hauling crap into their apartment. Nobody here watches their children, and the apartment manager is totally unconcerned with all of it.
