The worst they capped there’s no pool manager is messed up, bossy and blames everything on residents horrible place really small, roaches, and rats.

Pacifica Palms is the best place ever... We really enjoy living there, the place is very clean and organized..the manager is very professional and attentive to tenants needs. It has a big park for children. It also has a lot of green areas with lots of bbq grills, it has very affordable laundry machines, everything in one of place, that really home sweet home for us. I really give 5 stars to the manager, a really nice lady. Excellent job.

I live in a single cottage looking apartments. It is surrounded by flowers and green grass. It has a playground for the children. It is very clean.
The manager is very professional in her dealings with the residents.
