Bad and Rude Management
May 22, 2020I came here as a freshman and am moving out in the summer. Why? Bad and rude management, parking tickets when theres not enough parking, noisy upstairs neighbors, courtesy patrol officers getting bribed with beer to not report loud apartments, attempted break-ins (with no help from management), and being yelled at in the office. If you are looking for a better place to live I would say Copper Beech since they are not only cheaper, but management is nicer and it's a safer community. Parking sucks
September 29, 2017Would be a great place to live if the parking situation wasnt a mess. Its all first come, first sirve which would be fine except that it seems there are more cars than there are spaces. If a car is parked at square parking then there is either a ticket or the car is towed even with the resident sticker on that car. And no overnight guest parking.Review from Apartments.com
