May 24, 2018Maintenance invades privacy! 2 times I WASN'T DRESSED! WAY OVERPRICED! Never any PARKING SPOTS REFUSE TO TAKE TRASH due to raccoons "NOTICE TO TOW". Over priced
April 28, 2017I've been a living in this community for over 5yrs now. It has been own by 3 company, currently McKinley. By far this has been the worst company. They are pushing current residents out by raising the price to about $300 over of what it used to be. They are justifying the high increase by the new takeover of ownership. If you can't hack the new prices your only option is to move out. Residents that have been here for years and have renewals of lease coming up our now force to pay the same amount ...as someone moving in for the first time if not more. I will not recommend to anyone. For the amount they are asking I found a better place with much more upgrades in the apartment.
