Falling apart
October 16, 2024The roof leaks. The insulation in attic is full of mold. The ceilings leak everytime it rains. The bathroom walls are made of particle board and all the baseboards have fallen off due to how many time this apartment has flooded from all the leaks in the ceilings. The walls are swollen and soft from moisture. The AC unit is full of mold. And they don't like when you ask for repairs. There's fleas, roaches, wasps and all sorts of pests in the apartments because they're not sealed anywhere. The ...front door has gaps. The floors have holes. The ceiling has holes. No pipes are covered. No central AC so only one room gets cold unless you buy your own AC units for the other rooms. Their idea of fixing a hole is filling it with caulk. Same thing when the baseboards fall off. They don't really fix anything but mark repairs as done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Falling apart
June 22, 2024This place is old and has way too many issues. I have been in this unit for six months and have had to deal with mold, leaky pipes, no AC in living room and main bedroom, and now it's raining in my bedroom. There is water coming out of the ceiling fan and water dripping down all the walls. The maintenance guy doesn't really know what he is doing.Review from Apartments.com
