This area is worth investing in for college students and new families. The manager really takes pride in resolving any maintence issue that may arise at a fast pace; and ensures a clean and safe environment for all. The neighbors are friendly and peaceful- and best of all, the place is pet friendly!

I’ve lived here for almost five years now and I love it. The property manager shauna is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her tenants and is always on top of keeping our community kept up! The families that live here are all welcoming and it’s a great location centered to almost everything in Redlands!

Great place to live!!! Been here for over 3 years and I couldn’t be happier!!! The property Manager cares so much about this property and does an amazing job of keeping the place nice!!! Also when ever something goes wrong she fixes it quickly!!! My AC broke and she had it fixed in less then 24 hours!!! She truly cares if her tenets are comfortable!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE

I have been a tenant here for about 6 months and never had an issue. When I did have an issue over the weekend when the office was closed, I received an immediate response and the issue was resolved promptly. The manager and maintenance were very friendly and pleasant, which is quite different from the norm for emergency repairs. Aside from this, it's always clean, friendly neighbors and manager, and just an all around nice place to live.

I am a recent tenant of Palm Village Apartments, left because my job transferred me to another state. This is a great little community. Manager cares about people and the rent was reasonable. Pretty quiet all the time and neighbors were very friendly.
