Living at The Palms!
July 22, 2025I’ve lived here for almost 5 years, and I truly love it! This place has been the perfect home for me and now my baby. One of my favorite things to do is take my little one to the pool — it’s always clean, peaceful, and such a beautiful space to relax. The entire complex is very up to date and thoughtfully maintained. The community area feels like a cozy living room, there’s a computer room that even has a coffee maker (a major win for caffeine-loving parents like me!), and valet garbage service ...makes life so convenient. The Amazon hub is also amazing — super secure and easy to use. What really makes this place special is the location. It’s tucked into a great area in Tampa, close to everything I need but still feels like a peaceful retreat. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, family-friendly, and well-run apartment community.Property Manager Responded

Love Living Here!
July 22, 2025I moved to Palms at Magnolia Park January, 2024 after relocating from up north and I must say it was the best decision I made. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I love the tranquility and peacefulness within the community, their amazing staff and maintenance crew always on alert in case of emergencies, or needs. The common areas, grounds, pool and Gym are very well maintained. They also have monthly fun events at the Club House with Food trucks visiting on a monthly basis. Love it here!
July 21, 2025I've lived here for 4 years and I wanted to share my honest opinion. I love it here. The staff is super helpful, the maintenance team does a wonderful job at keeping up with the repairs and the grounds clean. I've lived in different apartments in the past and the team here does a wonderful job at ensuring we have a good experience. My family and I also enjoy the events that are hosted by the management team as well. I appreciate all of their hard work. It’s been a year & I still love it!

Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and efficiently — it’s such a relief knowing that any issue is taken care of without delay. The entire staff is friendly and professional, but I especially want to shout out Alicia, the assistant property manager. Her customer service is top-notch — she’s always warm, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and ...proactive. July 16, 2025Our community staff is always so friendly and professional. I love the community events that they offer that gives the residents an opportunity to mingle and network. Maintenance staff handles all of my requests fast and efficiently, they’re also very professional and friendly and keep the grounds looking amazing! There’s literally no litter when I come outside. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, the only thing missing is a play ground or basketball court.Property Manager Responded

Love living here!
July 26, 2023We are happily signing our yearly lease for the third year in a row. We love living here! The apartments are beautiful and spacious! Lots of closet space, including a huge storage closet on the deck. Kitchen is amazing - lots of cabinets and all the counter space you need! And I love to cook!! Wonderful apartments in a great location
February 8, 2022I was originally let down by another apartment complex at the last minute, leaving me 2 days to find a place before the move. Garrett at the management office was wonderful!! Not only did he find the perfect apartment for me..over the pool..but worked to get me approved while I waited, removing the stress. I have since moved in and it is better than I expected. I was nervous about the proximity of i75, but it cannot be heard inside and only occasionally when out on the patio. The complex is new, ...unlike the 1980's apartments you see elsewhere and it shows in the quality and maintenance. I will be staying here at least a year.Property Manager Responded
