December 10, 2024Been here almost a year. Haven’t really had any issues. Our building is pretty quiet. In general it’s a pretty quiet place. I haven’t had any issues with office staff. Nicole is great about helping out with anything you need. And have to give a shout of to Mark the grounds keeper/maintenance guy. He is super friendly and does a great job of keeping the place clean. My dog loves him because he always has treats. She gets excited when she sees the golf cart.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I never have any issues while living at Parc 1346. At times vehicles will come in late at night and visitors/residence will rev the motors while driving through, but that’s not an issue with the Apartment complex. Parc 1346 is a mostly calm, well located, and pleasant place to call home.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024Neighbors are good and the area is great. Only downside is I am right next to a pond with a patio which means bugs. Wish I didn’t deal with as many pests but everything else has been great!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024It’s loud at all hours ( we bought sound machine) and since the people below have moved in we have fought roaches, for months ( so gross). The front office Nicole has been the best part of the stay, they do get right on maintenance just not getting rid of roaches..Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2024Ive lived here going on 3 years now. The office staff is great and the maintenance in will address issues very promptly. The grounds are always kept, and the pool area is fantastic. Its so centrally located to everything. We can be down town or anywhere in Chattanooga from 5 to 20 minutes. My daughter and i love it here.Property Manager Responded
