Good luck
July 8, 2024Do you like being overcharged? Do you like apathetic service? Then this is a place for you. I’ve witnessed dozens of crimes, including my car being stolen out of the garage, a unit being broken into via them, kicking down the door, people trying to enter my unit, and a vehicle being set on fire. Currently I am in a dispute for $400 extra that they charged me before moving out. I don’t have much confidence that I will receive my deposit back. They have proven time and time again that they do not ...care and are just the worst.Property Manager Responded

Everything’s broken
November 7, 2023Elevators always broken if not the elevators then the garage gates. Dog pee and poop in the hallways and elevators. Trash guy will leave trash juice in the halls. The halls smell horrible, staff has added plug-ins instead of cleaning.Property Manager Responded

NEVER choose this place.
March 4, 2023Never choose this property!! 1. Owners do NOT clean after their pets, and no one cleans the garden. Smells so bad. 2. GIANT ROACH and other insects on the hallway. 3. Garage gates cannot work frequently, so car break-ins are welcomed, homeless are also welcomed. 4. seldom security cameras, you will never know who steal your package. 5. The room is so dark, have to turn on the light from 7am. (They have pretty low-wattage bulbs in the apartment. Well, better than nothing) 6. Maintenance team is ...nice and friendly, but they are so busy that they cannot solve your issue within 24h 7. One staff in the management team is arrogant. (WAS polite and friendly before I signed the lease. ) 8. They let the fire alarm on for a few hours during the fire alarm inspection and took two days to complete it. I feel completely safe here nothing has happened to me personally but I also take safe precautions since Dallas is a major metroplex. The community has security which is nice my last complex did not. Good location, frustrating responsiveness and safety
August 29, 2022I love the location, and originally really liked being here. Throughout the last year or so the amount that gates and elevators are broken is appalling. I also keep having my car broken into and hit, packages stolen, my tires were slashed, with no cameras or patrol (“patrol” person only watches the office). Trash pick up times are always changing but make sure you don’t have anything up front for the $25 a month valet at the wrong time! It’s like roulette. Very disappointed.Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2019Location is excellent and finishes are nice, but I've had non-stop issues with receiving packages/mail, trash services, getting maintenance issues taken care of, and parking (maintenance guys themselves are great! scheduling not so much). I love living at the Parc!
September 13, 2017All I can say is WOW! The building is obviously beautiful and I love the access I have to the park. I walk to see the sunrise before work almost every morning. Plus, it is brand new so I love being the first one in my apartment. Amy went above and beyond throughout the whole leasing process. I was nervous moving from out of state, but she was there to help me every step of the way. She made sure everything was taken care of prior to my arrival. All I had to do was pick up my keys when I got ...there. Danielle, the manager, came out and gave me a warm greeting and made me feel super welcome.
