April 15, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comIf you have a choice to stay here or not, don't. I did not have a choice and my entire stay here was absolutely awful. This place is filled with COCKROACHES and BED BUGS in every room on every floor, you can literally see them crawling on the hallway walls. Repeated request to management to do something about the issue go unanswered. They do not care, and will not help you in anyway. If you have the misfortune of having to stay here or anywhere else with BED BUGS my advice to you is to document ...(Film, Pictures) everything and anything (Bites, Bugs) from the very first day you move in, to make a reputable case for yourself and the conditions you have to live in. Do not bring any furniture that you want to keep, because they will get infested. Sleep on a foam bed, they cannot infest that. Keep your clothes in sealable containers. Wear long sleeves, pants, and socks to bed, and apply alcohol to exposed skin. Everyday and night spray the perimeter of the room, and your bed with a water bleach mix. Sign the shortest lease you can and start searching for somewhere else to stay ASAP. Good Luck.Read More

April 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe place is filthy n disgusting. Drug addicts smoking crystal meth in rooms. Heroin Addicts begging for money outside. Bedbugs have been there for years. They spray n spray. The bedbugs are immune to it. The owner needs to use big heater to burn em out. Won't pay the $1000. fee. The homeless shelter is cleaner.

June 22, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comDiamond j the owners will try to rip you off, if you have to stay in a hotel room because they have to heat treat your apt for bugs, especially if its not your fault they will not pay you back if they damage your property during inspection or during a heat treatment they will not pay you back, they are also know for not paying back deposits, and do to how the law works ,no one sues since it'll cost more then its wotlrth to the Tennant, but from the owners perspective every Tennant is just ...another mark for them to take advantage. They only care about there racing team , I heard a owner make the remark " I wish this place would burn , then we could collect the insurance, his associate responded with " with all the meth heads its only a matter of time" do you really wanna give these people money? September 27, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI am living in Utah originally from California, I found the city Ogden which the cost of living is convienit for a single mother to afford. I needed to move in as soon as possible and came across Park Avnues Apartments and what was stopping me from renting the studio was my bad credit score but I was lucky that the manager put that aside and let me rent the studio glad it happen as quick as I showed up to the apartments because otherwise I didn't have no where else to live. I am glad that things ...happen for a reson sometimes single parents need the most help when there no open doors somewhere else because I was desperate to have a roof over my daughter head. Too bad now the apartments have been having bugs infested that I need to move asap I don't want my daughter getting bit or sick nor do I, so I am hoping for the best to be the next lucky winner for a new home.Read More
