They're very understanding if you're late on rent and if you need maintenance, they're quick and efficient to help you. They were also one of the few apartments off of beamer that didn't get flood damage from Harvey.

Park Center claims they upgraded their apts. There was really a fire in one of the buildings & it had to be rebuilt. They charge way too much rent for the "upgraded apts". You can hear your neighbors walking on the 2nd floor. You can hear their dogs walking & howling. The manager won't do anything about it, so needless to say, it feels like money wasted every month because you can't even get a full nights sleep. Ready to move as soon as my lease is up.
