A lot of stuff has been breaking or stop working been asking them to fix it for couple of years now they tell you they will do something about it but nothing ever happens.

Change is good

Transistioning to Midland has been a change for sure. When I walked in to Park Glen the office staff was welcoming, informative and very understanding to the time frame I had to move to Midland. I have been here 2 months under the new management and maintenace staff and I am glad I stopped by after viewing many apartments. I am glad to I made Park Glen home.

Do not rent here!!

Maintenance and management are the worse nothing works or get fixed correctly haven't had heat or air since moving in they said they would replace our dishwasher we've been waiting on one since hurricane Harvey, it had standing water inside of it since we moved in management tells you what you want to hear just so you'll leave their office
