Park Towne used to be a nice place to live, now not so much. Besides psycho residents who love to scream and shout about their marital problems or lack of a life or job in the lobby at all hours, the management and board has destroyed the building. Needless " improvements" have bilked residents of their money. Now for a quick buck they want to convert building back to a apartment complex, giving no notice. Everyone in the board or management is incompetent or greedy. Stay away for your own ...
