Overall, I have been satisfied living here. There have been some issues that have come up but they seem to be resolved now. I will say I am very impressed with the quality of maintenace and the time it takes to get a work order done. The units are very spacious and I rarely have issues with the neighbors. I give 4 stars because I would like to see more involvement from the staff with the residents (i.e. events, newsletters etc.). Since we have been here, there has only been one event and that was ...

city wide. I haven’t seen any kind of community involvement which I feel is an important aspect of living in a multi-housing community. I also would like to see more upkeep in the common areas; refilling pet stations and ensuring the hallways are maintained. The area seems safe and I feel comfortable living here.

Pros: TOP 3 I feel safe It is quiet while inside apartment Approachable and friendly staff More pros: Nice walking paths and aesthetically pleasing landscaping Welcoming tenants Fair pricing for water, sewage, and garbage Dog friendly Garage and/or outside parking availability Washer/dryer in units Updated unit availability Nearby shopping Cons: Rent is expensive (but that's anywhere)- I feel I get what I pay for (pro) Doors are heavy so I have to use two hands... My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years now. Everything has been great and issues are fixed quickly. However, the rent keeps going up. We are going to have to move soon due to increased rent. We are currently paying $200 more than when we first moved here.

Great location, property is kept clean. Was upset with the amount of cleaning I had to do while moving in and issues that were not addressed before hand. Over all I am torn. Definitely has it's pros and cons.
