Great Apartments and Service
August 4, 2021Since I live at Parkside At Charles St, I receive constant information on all the situations that are important to me as a resident. And now during the pandemic the manager has kept us informed of any help, support and guidance. Which makes me feel safe and supportive. When they have been short of employees, she also seeks help from other resources so as not to interrupt services. Definitely the apartment complex is also very comfortable in the apartments. Best Apartment Community I've lived in!!
January 15, 2019I'm a former tenant who lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved the place!! Karen and Kyle are both amazing landlords and the maintenance guy is awesome too! They all provided prompt service and responded to any of my concerns within 24 hours! The community is quiet and kept clean! The only negative I'd say is that the walls are very thin but other than that it's perfect! I moved out to relocate. You'll love it here!Property Manager Responded
