Dirty and the landlords don't take care of things

I moved here about 18 months ago and the bathroom fan was missing. I told the landlords and they didn't begin to fix it until about a month after I told them. They began work and haven't finished it since. I contacted them and they never came to fix it. My oven never had an over rack and they tell you one thing then don't follow up. The rent is cheap but the overall experience has been bad to say the least.
