Waiting on a move in date
September 28, 2022I gave a 1 star because my wife and I are growing frustrated, because we were told we would receive a phone call to let us know when our move in date. We been waiting 3 weeks now but was suppose to get a call each week for the last 3 weeks. We are still waiting on the call. What's frustrating is that we keep getting told the same thing over and over. So not cool, and makes it seems like they don't know what they are doingProperty Manager Responded

Parkway @ Silverado Ranch
December 20, 2017This apartment complex is situated in a very convienient location close in walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and gas stations. The office staff are friendly and very concerned about making sure your concerns are addressed. Maintenance is respectable, friendly and does a great job in tending to whatever repairs or concerns you may have. The complex is clean and well taken care of. August 14, 2015The staff always answers the telephone and answers any questions politely and without judgment. Maintenance requests are of course immediate if an emergency or done within two weeks tops. The grounds are well maintained-very clean. Location of apartment complex is close to shopping and restaurants. We're even close to the Las Vegas Strip if that is your desire!Review from Apartments.com
