Lived here for a long time, with 4 different landlords. The last one is what forced my family to move. The apartment's pipes would constantly burst. Causing damage to my furniture multiple times. I had a leaking ceiling they took 4 months too fix it. That required me to go to a City Council meeting to get them to inspect. They city inspector told us it was best to move, because there was mold all over the place. Increasing crime, bedbugs and roaches, also helped me make my decision. I beg you ...
please don't do it. Any good review on this place is not from someone who lives there.

Really bad service management need training in how to answer proper question with spefic answers , I call to fix something on my lease they told me they have to close the office because they about store close , people work everyday not everybody have time to go to the office and speak to them , really bad experience already paying high rent it’s jist ridiculous

They simply don't care. My a.c. is out almost a year reporting it, stove doesn't work, toilets are crooked, the water from the shower smells bad (sewer smell), not all power outlets work. My apartments doesn't come with fire extinguisher or smoke alarm. The porch is falling apart the trash cans always overfilled. Smells so bad geez I can continue with the list...

I have lived here for more than 8 years. The new management is horrible, the leasing agents don't know what they are doing, they charge you rent even when you have already paid it, the manager is the lead maintenance man, he doesn't know anything about management , he is very rude and arrogant. If the manager / maintenance man gets your maint request and he decides that your request will be done in 2 weeks from now , the crew will not go and complete your request,even if its an emergency. ...

I have been here for two years unfortunately until I am more financially stable to afford to move away. The day of my move in I was told to pick up my keys and that everything was ready. I got there to find them looking embarrassed and confused as to m apartment had not been worked in at all. I literally had to move in after someone's filth pregnant and all with the promise that they would start on it next week. My things were already completed packed in trucks and cars so there was no turning ...
back. They did a very poor job at cleaning so my partner and I did the best we could do to it for it to become decent. Now they have new management who claims to be corporate everytime you want to go over their heads. They make new rules without sending out courtesy letters until last minute when you are unknowingly about to be penalized. They don't fix or replace a lot of things. Just lazy and cheap. You barely get what you pay for here. Not to mention there is a roach and mice infestation. Cars are broken into daily and every night there are gunshots. You have been warned.

I moved to Pebblebrook 2years ago and never felt more at home have good family oriented neighbors,security and employees that took pride in the property. But in less than two years time the property management fired security and has allowed wreckers to now remove any vehicle belonging to visitors to be removed because they weren't aware of visitors parking and neighbors are pretty schizophrenic at this point as well. I wish I could give them a favourable report but I cannot tell a lie.

I have resided at Pebblebrook for 3yrs. Management has changed 4
times. The previous managers were very very nice. Maintenance was
on point with fixing anything that was not working correctly. Management now is not up to par they do not fix anything I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my air conditoner and garbage disposal. Being in Houston TX it could get extremely hot. I left a voice message stating it was 90 degrees or higher in my apartment. I beg and pleaded with them to have someone ...
