January 9, 2026I toured here a little before Christmas and Jason was great to work with. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He answered my questions clearly and never made things feel pressured. While I ultimately decided not to relocate to Texas, it wasn’t due to the experience at all. A Place That Truly Feels Like Home
December 5, 2025I’ve been living here for a while now, and I honestly feel like I need to give credit where it’s due. This place has exceeded my expectations in ways I didn’t anticipate. The apartment itself just feels luxurious without being over the top—it’s that perfect balance of upscale and actually livable. Everything is well-made and thoughtfully laid out, and I genuinely look forward to coming home at the end of the day. It’s one of those places where you can really relax and feel comfortable. But what ...really makes living here special is the staff. They’re incredibly helpful and seem to genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly. I have to give a special shoutout to Joshua, who’s been my go-to person since day one. He helped us from the very beginning, and that familiarity just makes everything easier—he knows our unit, understands what we need, and always comes through. When Joshua isn’t available, Michala has been equally helpful and attentive, stepping in seamlessly. The maintenance team also deserves recognition—they’re excellent at keeping everything clean and well-maintained. You can tell they all actually take pride in their work, which is refreshing and makes such a difference in everyday life. Absolutely Worth The Visit
December 3, 2025I recently toured this property and was genuinely impressed. The community is fantastic, and all of the my questions were answered clearly and with great detail. The amenities are next level. A beautiful two- story gym, a sky lounge with amazing vies, a quiet courtyard perfect for relaxing, and a game lounge with darts, pool, TVs, and more. December 3, 2025Peregrine apartments is literally a breath of fresh air. My neighbors are great, our community events are amazing and fun. The property is always clean, and it’s a great place to be. Staff wise, Chris and Michala in the office are always so helpful. They’ve not only made my move in experience great, but day to day living. Love it!
December 1, 2025I had an excellent experience at this apartment community, all thanks to Michala. She made the leasing process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect home. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Michala was extremely knowledgeable about the apartments, amenities, and community, and she gave honest, helpful insight ...that made my decision much easier. Her communication was also great she followed up when she said she would and kept me updated every step of the way. What stood out most was her customer service. She was patient, kind, and really listened to what I was looking for. It’s clear she cares about her residents and takes pride in what she does. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the community has a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. My whole experience was top-tier, and I highly recommend both this location and Michala to anyone searching for an apartment.
