Incompetent and rude staff

Called to ask for the address to the leasing office because every address we found were just to different apartment buildings. The lady asked a million irrelevant questions about us and when we asked if there was a separate leasing office, she didn't respond with the address. Her response was "well yeah. I'm standing in it." Super helpful.... When we got there, I asked about a 1 bedroom floor plan. They don't have any. She accused my boyfriend and I of being cheap and just wanting to save money ...

on rent because we were interested in a one bedroom. I don't know about you, but I personally don't know of any couples that sleep in two separate bed rooms.... Again, after about a million irrelevant questions, she informed be that they don't rent one bedrooms to two people so I stood up and walked out. These people clearly don't know anything about customer service or how to run a business. No idea how they have or keep any business.

I'm a current tenant of this property and couldn't be more happy with my situation! The housing is so affordable and the amenities are great. There is plenty of parking, storage and the laundry space is the very clean. The maintenance team is very responsive to any calls you make for repairs and the Petretti ladies are friendly and always remember your name!

These people have got to be THE RUDEST people i have EVER had the displeasure of speaking to. I went there in person the previous day before to grab a few applications i couldn't even speak it was like as soon as i walked into the office i was ushered out with haste. The following day i got a phone call, i was hung up on, and also cut off and when i had ...

finally had i decided to tell the woman over the phone that she was rude and that i would take my business elsewhere, she then decided that she would attempt to argue with me over the phone but see that beautiful "END CALL" button cut her off. I called to possibly rent from this apartment complex and talked to a very nice woman. She told me that my roommate had been talking to Trish so she took down my questions and told me that he would call that afternoon. He ended up calling a little later that night which was fine, but he was very rude. I speak somewhat quickly and he had a problem with that. He repeatedly kept yelling at me saying he could not understand me even when I spoke very slowly. He was not helpful with my issues and ...

better off finding somewhere else. This page is unclear, it states "Pets negotiable" however they refuse to "negotiate" more than 1 pet. If you have 2 cats, you're out of luck. Don't bother calling this place, they will turn you away without a second thought.
