Nice apartments terrible parking

The Parking situation is ridiculous. 1 pass per bedroom is a horrible system especially when there are 40+ spots open at a time. If you live with a significant other one of you will have to figure out where to park your car. Guest parking is also a joke and is almost always full. They’ve said they are considering adding passes but it’s been 6 months with no update. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that there’s more than enough parking to give out extra passes for people. For a ...
reasonable fee I’m sure many people would buy it including myself. This area has way too many car break ins for street parking to be an option for me as well. This needs to get fixed asap. The apartments however are really nice and this would be a 5/5 if it wasn’t for the parking. Maintenance is on point and the staff is always nice and helpful. If they don’t fix the parking I would only recommend this place for singles or for people renting with roommates.
