About Pilots Pointe Apartments
Pilots Pointe Apartments is located on Shreveport’s popular Youree Drive, and is less than a mile from Louisiana State University- Shreveport. We are a student housing community that provides housing for all the local colleges (Louisiana State University- Shreveport, Northwestern State University- Shreveport, Bossier Parish Community College and Southern University Shreveport). Our student residents appreciate the easy commute to LSUS via the walking bridge and being within walking distance of major retailers, shops, and restaurants. Each of our floor plans include fully equipped kitchens, private bedrooms, and free internet. We also have select fully furnished units. if you want to party and enjoy your college experience do NOT move here. they shut down parties and if you’re even outside with a little music on they’ll try to write u a ticket! it was honestly a waste of money and for this to be on campus housing it’s 100% LAME and they have old people and families living in the ONLY ON CAMPUS HOUSING

Staying in the complex was a mistake. To start you can tell it is extremely outdated and the carpet needs to be taken out because it is super old. Outside of that it has bugs. Since they let dogs stay I had ticks in my room and they told me it would be 50.00 to spray for ticks because when they checked my room there was no evidence of any ticks. An apartment complex that allows animals should regularly spray for all bugs including ticks and fleas. Spend your money else where or commute not worth ...

These are grimy and nasty. Fixture in the bathroom fell when my son was moving in. Had a different room mate than was assigned, who happened to be a pot head and had a cat with stinky litter. I had to get my son out of there, and was forced to pay months of rent that he wasn't there. Do not live here.
It is not a safe place to live.

bad service, they front desk do not know how to manage residents' packages, mine got lost very frequently.
and the front desk tell you it is not their responsibility to keep your packages! suck attitude!

Moving to Shreveport from the East Coast was a big transition. The staff and especially the RA’s made my transition a better one. I really enjoyed the programs that were held at the beginning of the semester. I found friends that where around all year.

University Court is a great place to live. The staff is helpful and always wants to fix a student's problem if they have one. The property is very nice. For what is included in the payments helps a lot for college kids like myself. The events that have been held here are engaging and a good way to make new friends. I'm glad I chose to live here.

I don't think I could have picked a better place to live for my first year on my own. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and never miss a chance to reach out and contact their residence at any hour. The club house is always well stocked and there tends to always be something going on to help introduce new residence into the community so there never is a time I feel ostracized. Though my favorite amenity has to be the laundry facility I've never had to wait to wash my clothing which is a ...
major plus, but the cherry on top is that all of the washers and drys are card friendly so I never sound like the tooth fairy when I need to go do my laundry. I've left my first home but each day I miss it less as I've come to treat University Court as my new home.

I live in university court student housing apartments the apartments are fairly decent but rent is very expensive especially with me being a college student working 2 jobs but the people are friendly the staff is as well
