and the stench is overwhelming. If you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to hear loud music, stomping, and cabinets slamming. There is NO insulation or even carpet upstairs to buffer the loud noise. Without speedbumps or stop signs, idiots barrel through the tiny parking lot, without even caring about small kids playing. The field nearby is so full of dog poop, we had no choice but to use the parking lot to play. Now tenants are paying EXTREMELY ridiculously expensive water bills, on top of high electric bills and overpriced rent. These places are not well made inside, and are built with very cheap materials. You can hear neighbors every move next to you, and all around. Save yourself some headache and money. There are so many places less expensive than here, that offer much more for your money. You will NEVER get your deposits back. Trust that as fact...
