4.5 year resident... until this year
March 19, 2023One of the first residents of this complex. Nice construction, good office team. The management is only after your money. 4.5 years on 4th fl. with broken elevator. ALWAYS broken. Required to get renters insurance>> then complex forced me to use theirs. Have a dog? Prepare for a screening website and DNA test. I still have no report, but think my dog is scotch irish. Apparently you can id unkept dog piles from DNA with wishful thinking. I was penalized for 2 bags of trash in valet can ...while walking past neighbors with chronic 4 bags (we don't see the trash on the first floor!) You won't get a deposit back, figure owing 2x your deposit. 4.5 years, they charged me for painting and changing toilet seats. It's a luxury rabbit money hole.Property Manager Responded

My paradise
August 31, 2021This place has been great, i’ve been here a little over a month & every fix it request i’ve put in has been answered very timely. They are super nice, the apartment is just what I was looking for. The pool isn’t too busy on the weekdays even for the size of the complex! All in all I genuinely love this apartment complex!Property Manager Responded
