Great place to live!

I want to take the time and appreciate the professionalism from both Lorielle and Shawn. We never had an issue getting our maintenance service request fulfilled within 24 -48 hours. We enjoy the holiday contest for best decorations, Lorielle cares about the community! We never had such a caring staff that does something every season, plus the kids enjoy all the goodies she has in the office. Keep up the good work and the moral within the community is always joyful!!

A nice little complex

I am coming up to a year living in this apartment complex in a one bedroom, which is pretty roomy for a single person. Walkable to the train station and some good places to eat nearby. The Property manager Lorielle has been helpful throughout the months and has given the community activities to do during some holidays from Christmas to Spring activities. When living here, they just installed a playground and dog park which is a great addition to a small quaint place... And the apartment tech is ...
very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have much issues in my apartment other than things are dated which isn't a problem for me. I'm not too picky but I have my few preferences. now the one thing I will take away is you do live near the train station and along the tracks. The apartment I am in is a stones throw from the tracks... I thought I would get used to it, but I am still having to get used to it. but if you don't mind trains I do highly recommend Pine Ridge as it is quiet (besides the trains) and is close to some essential amenities... oh yeah the prices they did jump up when I moved in.

A hidden gem

This place is tucked away in a residential neighborhood, walkable to downtown Carey. The updated townhouse style units are very nice, and the staff is extremely friendly and responsive.

New Tenant --

I am a brand-new tenant, and I already feel at home. When I first met the Landlord, he was very personable, considerate and professional. He gave me a tour of the unit, which was great. All appliances, carpet and paint was brand new. I really loved the new wood flooring in the living room and kitchen area. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a smaller neighborhood with lots of comfort and care.
