The service they use for pest control is useless. The refrigerator wasn’t keeping cold and they kept trying to tell me that it wasn’t an issue. ( Even on the highest temperature, anything perishable would spoil.) Finally replaced it after I had to make an email complaint about it( after 3 verbal ones) Dishwasher kept leaking water on the floor after every use & maintenance took their time on fixing it ( went through 4 of them, even though the hose seemed to be the issue but they never took that into consideration) Don’t get me started on the neighbors, I had the WORST neighbors who pretended that they couldn’t understand English (even though they spoke it) , always stomped like elephants or playing mariachi music at all hours of the night, poured their toddler’s dirty soapy plastic pool water over their balcony which was my front door and when I always informed the office of this, I would get the run around or get the statement that they were moving ( they NEVER DID.) I am still surprised that I lasted in that apartment and the complex the whole year lease. I consider myself to be clinically clean and quiet so dealing with insects , bad neighbors and maintenance caused me anxiety every day. If you would ask me what I would rate them, it would be 0.
