Very poor service
October 19, 2019The parking lot is always full and there is no space to park. People who lives in the apartment their cars are the one that gets towed. The people who work at the office are not available when it’s an emergency. Even if it’s a weekend they should at least have someone for awhile. Infested with bad neighbors, poor maintenance & insects
June 25, 2018This was the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. If this review could help someone , I’ve done my job. The first week I moved in, I knew I kept smelling a rotting smell but they put in a bunch of Glade plug ins to try to disguise the smell. I was infested with blowflies that every time I came home, they would be over the walls & I had to knock them down from the walls which would be piles of them. It turned out that under the stove, was a dead mouse and the flies had lain their ...eggs inside of it and that was the cause of the flies. Also, if you like being your own pest control, move here. Baby cockroaches, huge cockroaches, flies , mice galore. The service they use for pest control is useless. The refrigerator wasn’t keeping cold and they kept trying to tell me that it wasn’t an issue. ( Even on the highest temperature, anything perishable would spoil.) Finally replaced it after I had to make an email complaint about it( after 3 verbal ones) Dishwasher kept leaking water on the floor after every use & maintenance took their time on fixing it ( went through 4 of them, even though the hose seemed to be the issue but they never took that into consideration) Don’t get me started on the neighbors, I had the WORST neighbors who pretended that they couldn’t understand English (even though they spoke it) , always stomped like elephants or playing mariachi music at all hours of the night, poured their toddler’s dirty soapy plastic pool water over their balcony which was my front door and when I always informed the office of this, I would get the run around or get the statement that they were moving ( they NEVER DID.) I am still surprised that I lasted in that apartment and the complex the whole year lease. I consider myself to be clinically clean and quiet so dealing with insects , bad neighbors and maintenance caused me anxiety every day. Move at your own risk
May 22, 2017I've lived here for 7 years and I refuse to continue. The ONLY reason why I continue to live here is because of the schools but My lease is almost up. The roaches are horrible. I bomb every other week. They go up in the rent every year because of the market rent. Its hilarious they feel they should go up in rent when the apartments are falling apart! They will be getting rid of great tenant who pays her rent on time and respects the property. They show absolutely no appreciation towards the loyal ...tenants and its unfortunate. HUGE ROACH INFESTATION
March 3, 2016I have only lived here for a few days and have killes hundreds of roaches..i call the supervisor and she told me that there was no infestation in her opinion so i called orkin. I asked for them to come and do an estimate to let me know if this was classified as an infestation and he said he didnt need to come out because he already knows pinewood townhomes is infested...MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK....DONT DO IT...Review from Apartments.com
