WORST APARTMENTS EVER!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for a year and hated every single day of it. The apartments are INFESTED with roaches. My fridge has been out of order for months and they keep "fixing" instead of replacing it. I've had to throw out so much food. The ac unit is moldy inside the kitchen closet. The dishwasher doesnt work. The crime rate is RIDICULOUS. You will see police and helicopters almost daily. Packages will be stolen off of your porch. People always lurking and hanging around all times of the ...
day and night. I didn't let me children play outside and I did not feel safe. My sister forgot to let the back window up to her car and someone went through her whole truck and stole her purse and phone. Even tried to purchase a gun using her amazon account and credit card. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Again... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
People do not move out of the way for your car like they want to be hit. It's so annoying.

I was robbed while hard at work by The Pointe Vista Maintenance team. When I got home from work the neighbors said they saw the maintenance crew walking out with my TV, my Computer Etc... I do not recommend Pointe Vista Apartments to anybody unless you feel like getting robbed

I was robbed by the Pointe Vista Maintenance Team while i was Hard at Work. Got home and all my TV's, Computers,etc. were gone. Please don't rent here & those who live here get out while you still can!
