Terrible Management
April 2, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comApartment is a decent size but price to rent is not worth it. Managers are LAZY. They will do the least amount possible and have no regard or knowledge of tenants rights. They often threaten tenants with eviction if you don't do as they say and never do anything to maintain the building. If you rent this place GOOD LUCK!
Air conditioning inoperable
October 11, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe air conditioning goes out sometimes for days up to weeks and the managers never take responsibility, instead they are argumentative and retaliate against anyone not agreeing with them. Moreover, the building is old and needs maintenance (paint,carpets, new pipes, resurfacing the pool)there is NO fitness center or recycling. The laundry room is a rip off and seldom works.
