I’m a current resident and have lived here about 2 years. The complex is peaceful, everyone is friendly. Ciara the manager here is spectacular!

I moved here for a year as a young adult i thought this would be a good start out sport for me. Was I wrong. The head guy of the complex Jake is trash and doesn't care about anybody who lives at his apartments he just cares about the money. He will never fix anything in your apartment if he doesn't want to spend the money. He never wants to upgrade anything in the apartments! The ACs are older then who knows what, The washer/dryers are crap they never dry your clothes all the way u have to do ...
about 3 drys for it to be fully done. (that's how that get your money) I lived here before he took over and for the first three months of being here it was amazing Ciara was awesome, very helpful, and understanding. She's the only good thing to come out of living here. They pay for water/gas, but the rent is crazy for poor living. The hallways always smell like trash, there's dog poop everywhere you walk outside, and everything you do comes with a fee. You have better luck renting to own a house. You'll pay so much less then what they have made me pay for one year. I wish i could give it no stars.

I am a current resident and have been for a number of years. The new owners took over a few years ago and at first I was excited about the changes they were making but currently i no longer feel that way. One of the new new owners Mark, has no respect for anybody and is a very shady character. He says one thing and does another, nothing every works here like the washer or dryer. If something breaks they send their only handy man who doesn't speak English and isn't very friendly. The only nice ...
person who works here is the girl in the office which she doesn't seem happy to work here and I don't blame her.

Lived here during management transition. They definitely came to look at maintenance issues whenever I would call about them. The woman in the office was super nice. I saw a water bug type roach once in a while but other than that no issues. Super convenient to all highways and the train was so close. If the rent didn't go up so much I would consider living here again. No problems with neighbors
